Japan: International Child Abduction

Japan is a haven for international child abductors.

 We do our utmost to try to recover children who are wrongfully taken to Japan but we very much prefer to assist families in seeking to prevent children from being taken to Japan.

We are extremely experienced

in handling international child custody cases in Japan, working with local counsel.

Mr. Morley's wife, Eriko, is Japanese and helps with translation of documents and with Mr. Morley's understanding of Japanese cultural norms. Mr. Morley lived in Tokyo in the early 1990's and built a business throughout Japan. He has helped many people who are Japanese or who have a Japanese spouse resolve their matrimonial and child-related issues. The Morleys visit Japan annually.
