Email Inquiries

Retainer Agreement

Please note that you are not considered our client unless you have signed a retainer agreement. We expect to be paid for our services and will ask you to sign a retainer agreement if we feel we are able to be of assistance. Since our clients are all over the world, we start each case by conducting a consultation, usually by telephone, with the client. We do charge for consultations. 

Potential clients of the Law Office of Jeremy D. Morley are advised and required to read the Statement of Clients Rights and Responsibilities, which matrimonial attorneys are required to provide to them at the initial consultation. 

Jurisdictions outside New York

The attorneys in the office of Jeremy D. Morley are admitted to practice solely in the State of New York (except that Mr. Pagano is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey but not in the State of New York and Ms. Glatz is admitted to practice in both the States of New York and New Jersey, although they often work with lawyers in other states and countries. All references to the laws of other state)s or jurisdictions, whether on this Site or in consultation with the office of Jeremy D. Morley, must be confirmed by the client with an attorney who is admitted to practice in that state or jurisdiction before taking or not taking any action.
